Since I'm not running Win2K I didn't actually install SP4. I made a bootable Win2K + SP4 slipstream to update my OS archive and that was that.

Light Alloy 2.4 for video except for quicktime files. I use QuickTime Alternative 1.11 for those. Winamp 2.9x for music.

In my opinion, yes. I've been keeping a close eye out for development of LCD's that have a fast enough pixel response time not to ghost in fast-movement games. Nothing I've seen yet is fits my needs. *19" Viewable minimum *16ms pixel response time and proven not to ghost in reviews or 12ms...

Unplug the game pad. Uninstall all instances of it from your device manager, both 3rd party and Windows. (You will probably have to use the "DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES = 1" enviroment variable to enable seeing the ghost devices within device manager) Plug it back in and let Windows assign...
