    How much reflection is there now? I was surprised that my LCD replacement for the CRT TV was less of a problem with reflections than I expected. Part of that is due to the higher brightness of the LCD and semi-matte surface. The worst-case sunlight is at a 45° angle, so it is not as bad as yours.

    Would you open the garage door during the remote warmup? Depending on the lacation it makes me nervous that someone could drive by and take something. OTOH, the garage will be asphixiating if the door is closed.

    I barely got from RDU to the site and the battery was low. It used to last over 3 hours. My oldest GPS still lasts almost three hours; they were better built back then.

    I got the cheap 8-way SOMY. It works with most devices, but some controls on the cable are odd or missing. :dunno: It was able to "learn" the volume up/down commands for the audio system, so mission is essentially accomplished. It's not a substitue fo rthe originals. At 3-4AM I will not...
