Changing Keyboard shortcuts in MS Outlook

Does anyone know of a way to change default keyboard shortcuts in Microsoft Outlook? I sometimes accidentally hit control-enter and it sends the message when I really don't want to send it. Is there a way to disable this shortcut or change it to something that I wouldn't accidentally hit?

    Cable for your Cable Modem

I have tried to use cheap cables on cable modems and they wouldn't work. It probably has a lot to do with how much line noise there already is on your line. Along with the tolerance that the cable modem has for noise. Plus, if you are making a long run the better cable will make a bigger...

    Budget Gaming Card Conundrum

What is the difference between a 9500 Pro an a 9600 non-pro? My LCD runs at 1280x1024 native so I would like to run it at that resolution. I probably won't play it all that much, but I would like it to run nicely when it does. CPU is an Athlon64 3000 if that matters.
