That is a great price for that drive. If I needed one I would surely buy it.
I have owned two 18GB Atlas 10K IIIs in the past. I can confirm that they are indeed louder than the 36ES (two of which I own right now).
Good luck selling...I'd try SR I sure you'll find a buyer there. Especially at that price.
