Physical activity is mental relaxation, or at least that was what the mental trainer dudes were saying to our teams in 90s. I've taken enough bad photos in the old days to not have any interest in that now. If the weather or time of day is bad I scout around for future opportunities. IIRC 1999...

I want to replace the batteries often, but is the power connector expected to be user serviceable? Isn't the G5 old by now?

From the training we had the millenniums move jobs often, so you can probably do it now rather than later.

I've been to those places, but altogether a period of about 6 months and >100,000 frames. One of the main problems is trying to do too much on each trip. Just to get good light sometimes you can only visit a few in a week. May/June can be brutal with 3AM starts and 4 hours of sleep a night...

Does the V20 need a case? Maybe it will in my front pocket without one. Back pocket does not work since I am sitting most of the time. ;)

Oh, I was thinking of the V20 as a phone, but I see it is larger than the G4. Does it fit in the front pocket and also in the car?

Not only that, but one can often buy the rental equipment at a reduced price. The better companies carefully check the gear and turn it over every few years. I suppose there is a small risk, but I've not had any issues. It's better than buying tens of thousands of gear that is used a few...

    Phone Dying

It's dead now, but the other battery does read 99%. I really need to buy a new phone, but am not happy with any. I'm also considering getting another phone for a family member on the plan. However, that would be something like the Nota 7 incendiary model that was recalled. What is your...

OK, I will stick with the 3.4Ah NiteCores since the others have lower capacity. I figure they known their own light requirements, but am not sure why they make the IMR cells.

I think it depends if they are all part of a single shipment from one supplier. If that is not the case, each supplier may have different rules including some that override any option to authorize release.

The people that developed that name were very deliberate in their purpose to be vague, diffuse responsibility, and cover up incompetence. Consumers are not too bright and will repeat every new buzzword without cognition. I just assume most of the clouds are already hacked in Chinese.

    8k TVs and Monitors

I'm older than you, but could not see such small details clearly at 15" without reading glasses. My distance vision is fine. If I wanted to view the center of a monitor perfectly at 15" the glasses would probably not focus correctly to the corners, which would be a lot farther than 15". :(

I don't have that lens and did not realize it was so lacking, but 8 years is a while for sure. I'm still waiting for the 24-105 II (shipping ~10/31) and some tests of the Tamron 150-600 G2. Sales seem to be slow, probably due to the disaster with the G1.
