I have these http://www.lenscrafters.com/wcsstore/CustomB2CStorefrontAssetStoreLC/images/catalog/DD1109_6295224.jpg. I removed the gaudy metal insets though. It was just.....too much. I used to have smallish ovals like the ones Handy appears to be wearing. I've had glasses since the second...

    Networking class suggestions please?

I've worked with MODbus before. Or rather I've told the engineers that they don't make computers with 8-bit isa slots anymore and you are going to have to buy some PCI modbus cards. I really liked working with control systems but I haven't done it in a long time. CCNA all the way.

I have so many scars I've lost count, all biking scars. The story most similar to yours is when I was out mountain biking about ten years ago. I hit a ditch and the shock and tire compressed. Should we ban disposable batteries?

Personally I'm resistant to introducing more management tasks to my life. Although I've not bought any yet I'm happy about the eneloops. I wonder if these Duracell rechargables I saw recently are eneloop like.

    Cell Phones and Serice Providers

I have the Moto Q on Verizon. It takes a bit of management for the battery to last more than a day so I'll have to get the extended life battery soon. I do love the phone though. With the extended battery it is about 1/2 inch thick.

    Terrestrial Engineering. Objections?

Nuclear reactors use circulating water to cool the reactor. A lot of that hot water is dumped back into the supply reservoir. In this case it would be the arctic ocean. Maybe we'll start seeing algae plumes in the arctic. Yay for more krill. Hypothetically.
