Indeed. I hear no-more mana burning? That would make my Saproling deck completely awesome. It looks like I'll have a chance to play on the 3rd of July in Sac with some friends, time to start reading up again.

    So...how was the weather today?

A fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium, Office 2010 Standard, Firefox, NOD32, and Skype on a modified MSI U100 took me all day. Because it was all in Russian. Thanks to MSDN, I have access to the foreign language disks, and have now built my mother-in-law a computer for her to Skype with (and...

    WHS CPU/Motherboard

I agree with the build quality and performance per watt augments against AMD above, but I'll throw in an even more subjective bit: snappiness. Intel (C2D and i-series) feel snappier than AMD chips.

SSDs - State of the Product?

I think dedicated slots would be the wrong direction. We already have multi-purpose slots that work just fine (PCIe).

Televisions as monitors: What are you using, and why?

I really dislike plasma, and to be honest can't believe it isn't dead yet. The pixel pitch is appalling, and the whole concept of burn-in is just crazy.

Handruin, The only two differences are that the risks others are exposed to are voluntary and skill-dependent in her case and not in the 170MPH case (at least not dependent on their skill). No one else on the freeway? Sounds like a good way to spend 30 minutes ;)

    WHS CPU/Motherboard

It does, but changes to the system are not encouraged. Apparently it is fairly fragile. Depending on what you are doing, some extra CPU isn't a bad idea. Mine acts as a BT client, backup server, media ripper and RDC gateway, in addition to having NOD32 set in very paranoid mode.

    Win+Left/Right Arrow mod?

Sorry, I need to clarify. If I set all three displays into non-"grouped" (eyefinity) mode, they behave as they should. Win+Left/Right Arrow mod?

I've become quite addicted to this in Windows & with widescreens. Now that I'm doing the 3 monitor eyefinity thing, it isn't working so well. I would love to change the number of vertical spaces to 6, to recreate the effect of having 3 separate screens again. I've googled without luck. Thoughts?
