Thanks for the info. I can't wait to see what the cost will be on one of those. I see they are 4KB/512e advanced format give the size. I'm hoping that since they're enterprise-class drives, maybe they'll be decent on RAID cards with respect to the TLER configuration?

I may get a new ball or some other personal aid. However, the oddity was that somehow my statement was truncated. :(

I question whether there will be normal 4TB Hibachi drives and if they will be worth a damn. I don't want to pay 2x for TLER or whatever makes the Ultrastars RAID happy unless they are truly better in other ways.

So did they completely stop making the Samsung design, or is it a diftferent model under Hibachis?
