Digital Audio Question

Home entertainment systems are not my forté, so this is probably a stupid question. I just got digital cable, and the digital audio out on the cable box is an RCA connector, while on my receiver, it's a Toslink. I can't seem to find any Toslink-RCA cables anywhere, and I was wondering if they exist, and where could I find them (either in retail stores or online)? Is there a separate converter that I need?

Yes, a converter is needed.

One can be built:

Or one can be bought. "coax s/pdif to toslink converter" or often "coax s/pdif to optical s/pdif converter". A search on google brought up several converter boxes for $25-$60.
