Dawesville WA

I just finished talking with an acquaintance of mine, he moved back to Australia and is presently staying in Dawesville WA, just south of Mandurah. Seems like a really nice area, right on the coast, and a lot of development taking place. He's staying in the Dawesville Ridge Estates - nice prices, I think I should move.

I'm sure it is. Alas, WA is the only state I've never been to. I must fix that one day soon.
