I don't know if any of you have good experienced with this, but I have been searching for a good Bluetooth link from my TV to my hearing aids and/or headphones.

I've had a few over the years, and they were all somewhat flaky. The last one I got is no longer able to connect to my phone, and thence to my headphones or hearing aids, but I've had a few others over the years.

I've been searching, e. g., https://www.google.com/search?q=best+Bluetooth+Transmitters, and I found a usually reliable source, https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-bluetooth-audio-receivers-and-transmitters (may be behind a paywall).

But when I look at their recommended adapters' purchasers' reviews at online retail sources, they all have a somewhat high percentage of 0 ratings out of 5, saying that they never worked right, or failed fairly quickly after purchase. That's never a good sign.

Here's one such case, which happens to be the one that's screwed up for me recently:

I hope I can get a decent replacement that's not too exorbitantly expensive.

TIA.

Bluetooth audio hardware so very often seems to be disposable. I can see being mad about it. I buy a new pair of Soundpeats semi-wireless earbuds approximately annually because SOMETHING happens. I do know that my AVRs support bluetooth output but I've literally never used it. I'm not sure if it's a case of "best" as "agreeable ongoing replacement cost."
