There is a Sigma 150/2.8 macro and a CZ lens in there also. The Sigma is very compact in a backpack and IQ is quite good. The Canon lens caps have no center pinch and are awful when used on lenses with hoods. Tamron caps like the one on the 24-70/2.8 are very nice and are cheaper than similar...

This shot is not very good, but no lights were available and I was using a sofa. I overlaid a couple of areas to add the taking camera/lens. The 24TSE MK II is missing, but that is another story.

How old is that one? I did not know that functional systems should be replaced regularly. Usually my systems become obsolete first. I have had some failed motherboards, but I assumed that was because they were consumer types.

OK, we are so pedantic at SF. ;) "Has" indicated a property of the object, so it's not really incorrect. The TV also has stereo speakers, but you might say it is a stereo TV.

No, they are the Energizer L91 cells. I've been using them around 15 years or whenever they first hit the shelves. I figure they are enough for 3-4 typical days of use.

So where do you buy the Blue-ray discs? I have three TV sets. Two are CRT TVs from 1996 and 1998, and one is a 20" LCD that is about three years old. The latter one is the most watched, though it has ED.

    1k yr lifespan DVD's/optical discs?

Who would have equipment to play it on in 1000 years, or care? Maybe some aliens visiting a post-apocalyptic world could decipher the disks. On the other hand, maybe they would use them for hygienic purposes.

    Drive imaging software

Acronis 11 (2009) is needed to support some chipsets and add-in controllers, even from 2008 systems like mine. I do prefer 10, which is less tedious and buggy than 2009. For example, restoring a TIB from the 1.5 and 2TB EADS drives to anything produces errors. :( Does the OS matter much if...
