    Laser printer for work

Hi I'm starting another school tomorrow, and, I'm NOT going through the printer fiasco I went through at Mission San Jose, having to network print to the library, and, being at the mercy of an Apple printer older then I am, which finally broke, and, for the last couple months, no printer. Since...

    Holy Hurricane, Batman!

I forgot to mention the good news is the huge surf seems to have been focused at Alabama, since that's where the 42020 buoy is, with the giant readings. Can't get into NOAA to make sure, however. gs

    Holy Hurricane, Batman!

The antarctic circle is famous for waves with durations measured in minutes, not seconds. One of the problems they have with supertankers is the stern and bow get caught on the peaks of a wave, and the middle part of the tanker, the part over the trough, collapses, due to it's own weight...

    USB 2.0 cards?

Well, I went with a VIA Kingwin two port for the Dell, and it's giving 3mb/sec writes, 11 mb/sec reads. Good enough. I don't really like front USB stuff, since it's always getting in the way of the CD/DVD trays opening. Annoying. I haven't figured out what I'm going to use for the Server...

    Holy Hurricane, Batman!

It's a big deal because of how it's going to affect gas prices, since 25% of our oil and gas comes out, and is refined, in the gulf. Also, 40 foot buoy reports mean that is the average of the largest third of the waves. So, it's entirely possible to have waves double that height in the storm...

Incredible hunting story, and no kills anything

One cure for a bad temper is to carry a gun. I've found you learn to really be selective about ever using it, and, this carries over to your real life.
