My ink vendor includes a 1lb bag on M&Ms (peanut) with any order over $200. It isn't marketed anywhere, it just shows up.

Replacing heatsink on 939 based board.

If the new heatsink requires a back bracket other than stock, and the chassis doesn't have a rear cutout for such things, you will need to remove the motherboard. Be careful about how much pressure is required to remove the HSF; I've had older ones stick so tightly to the chip that it pulled...

    Question about a GPS

The input on all of the dedicated GPS units suck. The best item I've found for the task is an iPhone/Pad.

This is why I've practically given up on zooms; every step is considerably more money: First the quality is poor, then the speed, then the weight. I still haven't gotten the 100-400 because it is so darn heavy.

I have many friends with contractors licenses who are helping me out, and hopefully, they know what they are doing. Also structural engineers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc. I'm doing the work, but to their specification and with their inspection and sign-off.

The house had a laundry room, which was wired for an electric dryer, and which we are turning into a bathroom. Our washer and dryer were too large to fit there in any case, so I had to put them in the garage. Because this is an older house, and we plan on fitting both cars in the garage, space...

Sorry. Scrambling to get the laundry working. Had to change the orifice to run on natural gas instead of propane, plumb the natural gas, plumb the water, drill through the stucco for the dryer vent, run the electrical, etc.

It is. This particular piece of equipment has been failing for a couple weeks, and is backordered all the way to the factory. Typically simply cycling the power will get it going for another couple weeks. This time I cycled the power and it didn't come back up at all, so I got to rebuild a power...

The closest I ever got to there was taking the night train from Bangkok to Chiang Rai to do some trekking near the Cambodian border. Nothing but house is happening for me for a long time. Though, to be honest, I pretty much have a set of lenses (10-500mm and macro). And it's not like the hardware I have is the limiting factor in my pictures.

It is still far from ready. No interior doors, no blinds, no kitchen, no flooring, no closets, a bunch of plywood where a french door should be, and a bunch of stuff isn't painted. But we are out of money, so we move in.
