Also, if building your own desktops, there are still heaps of options if happy with 4th gen Intel Core. (Z97 still supports regular PCI slots off the ICH).

Some workstations from HP/Dell/Lenovo still have a single PCI slot, eg the Lenovo P500, Dell Precision 3000 (Full Tower), etc... However, most consumer and business orientated desktops I've seen lack PCI slots... Best to contact your preferred supplier/vendor and ask them directly.

Something else to try - simply rename the .ost to .pst, and try to import the file. (PST and OST internally both use the same data structures to store mail, so it might work. Similar in a way to WMV and WMA, as they both use the same file format).
