I currently don't have a 20V power brick to test the dead MSI Wind U123 netbook my customer brought me an hour ago, but I'm perplex with the contribution of the Toshiba 19V/3.42A power brick he used it with. The netbook is supposed to work with a 20V, 2A power brick. I don't think it must be good in the long term to use a lower voltage adapter. Can it cause th death of the netbook? Not sure.

But for the moment, the thing is dead.
