What I mean is a lot of the "American" cars aren't actually made in the US. They are made in Mexico and Canada. Why am I supposed to care about the jobs of people in Mexico and Canada more than those in Japan, Korea, or Germany? The US auto industry has already decimated the state I live in...

Personally, I get a kick out of how "American" when referring to cars now means, "North American" inclusive of Canada and Mexico.

Who cares about power/liter? It's a useless measure that has nothing to do with fuel consumption or anything else relevant. But, if you want to play the power/liter game look at the Pontiac Solstice GXP or Saturn Sky Redline. They beat most import motors.

That's not what it says. It says the picture must link back to flickr. Meaning your pictures have to be hyperlinks back to flickr. They even give you the HTML code, but the problem is no forums allow you to use HTML code, so you can't link it back. I've pretty much just ignored it myself.

Well my entire collection would fit on either a 80GB or a 160GB player. I like the longer battery life of the 160GB, and I don't think the extra 3mm is really going to bother me. I'm a little on the fence due to the extra $100. Looking at it another way though I'll never be able to upgrade...

Find another case? I have an older version of this one with my server in it at home. There is a ton of space in the bottom of it for HDs, but there's one big problem with the case. It holds the motherboard upside down. That might not be a problem with SATA, but it's a big problem with PATA...

The current mortgage crisis is the result of the gov't involvement and interference in the mortgage industry, not a result of their being hands off. The test score sure don't show it. The US ranks dead last in industrialized nations despite being number 1 on per student spending.

A few of them may work, but they don't work well, or efficiently. The solution should be less gov't, not more gov't. The gov't gets involved and things go downhill in a hurry. Just look at how well the public education system in the US works.
