Is this the first year you are behind on the property taxes? Once you are two years behind you are at risk of a foreclosure sale. Don't let it go beyond that. If this is just the initial bill and you are only a few months behind then not a biggie.

Honestly you could have done a lot worse than the s2000. It has an incredibly low idle draw when the ac outlets are on and great efficiency with lower loads as well. Perfect for fridge and network gear backup, tv etc.

Which Anker did you end up getting? Been super happy with c1000 gen2. Very low idle consumption with ac outlets turned on and no load. At $700 range maybe an s1500 or c2000 gen 2? At a smaller capacity the Segway 1kWh is hard to beat bang for buck wise at $330. Even multiples one for each room...

Did you end up getting one? Reviews seem to show about 7gbit realworld due to thermal throttling. Trying to figure out most efficient way to get eldest sons pc onto 10gbit I think prob easiest with add in pci card.
