Are people in Sumatra color-blind?

Here's a question for Paugie, because he's the closest around here to Sumatra. Are people living there color-blind? Because that's the only explanation I have for the color used in Sumatra PDF reader. Great little program, but no one normal can like yellow that much. It's got to be a mistake. Download it and see for yourself. Sure, it could have been worst (pink), but still.
