Well...it's all relative to the server or location that is being pinged and this can be easily made to look good under any circumstance. There's no additional information to describe what test was performed or the software used.

Santilli, how are the data caps working out for you with Comcast?

This is supposed to be one of the better speed test sites out there now because it checks a number of things: https://www.dslreports.com/speedtest

At home my speed now averages under 1Mbps down, 0.2Mbps up. Here at the college mI get 20Mbps down 5MBps up for free, and I'm happy with that. It's the fastest internet access I've ever had to myself and it's way faster than I needed it to be. I'd have been content with 5Mbps down, 1 up.
Phone: Moto Z Droid Force (didn't pay for it, can't complain) 32GB, 128GB microSD -- on my uncle's plan with Verizon.
    T450: 4300U, 16GB 3L-1600, HD 4400, 14" 1366x768, 128GB M.2 SSD/320GB SATA HDD, Win10Ent64, 6-cell extended batt (10hr avg)
    Prospective Desktop: R5 1300, 16GB 4-3000, some Vega GPU when it launches, 240GB SSD/4TB HDD, Win10Ent64

These are fun, but impractical numbers, except the ping. You feel that on some websites....

The test I just ran shows 71.8Mbps down and 6.01 up for my home connection. That's news to me. Time to see if I can save some money by downgrading.
