    How would wine have a measurable inductance? You could probably measure the pH with a probe, but most DMMs are not set up for that.

    Well I answered #2 and #3 is related. #1 is mostly VDC ADC and Ω. I rArely measure caps and diode or continuity can be tested with a 20 meter.
