We have an old Slicer controler on a turret puch in a machine shop. Our hard drive went out on the controler.

We're looking for a replacement. Help.

Well there is some info about the drives here that Tony wrote.

But as for a source of these drives, I don't know.
And modern hard drives aren't going to be compatible.
You may have to find a compatible controller.
Maybe contact the company that makes the machine?

A google search for 8425 miniscribe turns up a couple places that appear to sell these drives. Maybe follow-up with them?
