What's the difference between a hit and a visit?
A visit is counted once by all the hits of the same person (or IP address)?

A visit would be a unique IP address. A visit would/could have multiple hits.

Generally speaking, a hit is an access to a page object. This can be the HTML itself, each one of the images on the page, and no doubt various other things. It varies from site to site, but on a not too graphics-heavy page, you might average maybe six hits per page view.

Don't you think the ratio visits/hits is a little bit low?

Shamefully, the arrogant and flamboyant Bavarians are considered Germans. :D Augsburg has beautiful architecture and a long history of style, but their attitude stems from the Romans. Augsburg was founded in 15 BCE under the rule of Roman emperor Augustus.
