I haven't heard anything, but their website is "Under construction".

Dunno; I always found the dealer mix to be pretty shady. I use pricegrabber 99% of the time and pricescan the other 1%. I haven't even been to pricescan in a few months.

Pricewatch still gets listings from Newegg, Monarch, Zipzoomfly, and NECX and many retailers that I do trust, plus listings from many of the screwdriver shops in my part of the world. Still a very handy tool IMO.
