I need some advice on non-alcoholic drinks. As I'll be "working" here, I can't take my usual sip of rum...errrhhmmm, okay, my usual pint of rum.

...what did you say, bartender? My usual BARREL of rum??? Who me?

So, as I've seen there are some non-alcoholic beers around, could you recommend some of them? Have you tried any? Are there others? I haven't tried any, yet.

I like Pineapple juice a lot. Not in the least alcoholic and it has a nice fringe benefit for your "athletic sleeping" partner (*)

On the rare occasions I'm forced into a lounge or bar - usually by a client who wants to meet there - I almost always drink cranberry juice or juice and soda water. Plus it doesn't look like some kind of pansy drink. :)

*PM me for details.

Henninger makes a decent alcohol free bier called Gerstel.

Get a 500ml bottle of Coke, drink some and pour plenty of run or vodka to taste. No one will ever know your alcoholic ways.

Clausthiser is my favorite non A beer. Virgin Planters Punch is also quite tasty.
