How do I get the XP style login in win2k3 Enterprise?

guess it wasn't such a quick tip afterall... I don't think it's possible through conventional means... I tried a few reg hacks, but couldn't get it going... just went back to XP because of that and the fact that 2k3 didnt ahve drivers for my scanner (HP 4100C)
