Would the players above the 30th guy die if they would jump from where they are? I'm not familiar with CS so I don't know how lethal are the damages caused by fall.

Players falling from the 15th guy would probably die. Like most games, CS removes a bit of human realism to make it enjoyable, but they do cause damage if you fall from a high enough distance.
