Can somebody explain me these settings... In italics are my BIOS's defaults. What to change apart the first which is obvious...? :-?

-SDRAM CAS Latency... 2.5T, 2T
-SDRAM RAS Precharge Time... 2T, 3T
-SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay... 3T, 2T
-SDRAM Active to Precharge Time... 6T, 5T
-DDR_1T/2T_ITEM... 2T CMD, 1T CMD, Auto

Here you go

Care with DDR 2T/1T. 1T is faster but it usually brings data corruption errors.

Thanks Liam,
I've tweaked all the settings except the CMD rate which I set to Auto. Unfortunately, Sandra 2002 shows me that it remained 2T. Since I've already got a 2-3% on its Memory Bandwidth benchmark without sacrificing stability, I'll play with it at a later time... :)
