nice try, keep going... my front page is now rendering with HTML being displayed.. did you forget a quote?

Hehe...the issue with the front page was more than a missed quote. I was trying to implement a bbcode php class, so that the news system would render forum style tags. (tags like " and ")

The problem was that after I implemented the class, my cable modem went out 10 seconds later. (No exaggeration) I knew the front page was broken, but I couldn't revert the change because my connection died. Doh!

Then, I had to go out to meet some friends and when that time came, the modem had not come back online yet so I just left. It's all fixed now, but I'm still working on it.

Could we please have links on the front page that go off-site open another window?

New section added to the news system for me and Coug. The new field will populate news source HTML links with the target="_blank" attribute.

This should hopefully alleviate any further issue where off-site links consume the main browser window.
