Just noticed that I have more posts than Tannin.
It'll probably never happen again, so I'm going to celebrate while I can.

;)

Me: 234 (er, 235 when I hit submit)
Tannin: 232

A momentous day in the history of logorrhea!

Sorry to take away your thunder, but don't you have to count the posts for both sock-puppets? Aren't Tannin and Tea simply different socks on a master sock-puppet and thus counted as a single unit? Though they have multiple mouths, they speak with a single voice, like Alvin and the chipmunks in their hit records.

We all know I couldn't possibly beat them both.

I'm thinking that my triumph is over his primary, dominant personality only. Although, we could get back to Punch and Judy speculation...

Who sez Tannin's dominant? Step outside and say that again, Mr Smart-arse Montague. And just remember that the bigger they come, the harder they fall.

Isn't this a bit of a storm in a teacup?

Oh, puh-leeze. Next you'll be saying that the Monkees didn't play their own instruments.

Mercutio? Thou? -- why thou wilt quarrel with a man that hath a hair more or a hair less in his beard than thou hast.Thy head is as full of quarrels as an egg is full of meat, and yet thy head hath been beaten as addle as an egg for quarreling.

Sorry JoJo? How was that again?

(Life Tannin.)

(Huh?)

(Life! You know, the thing you do between working and posting and sleeping.)

(Err, like with a knife and fork?)

(No, that's eating. The other thing.)

(What? You don't mean ... well ... you know...)

(Oh just forget it! You don't live life in the bathroom. Or the kitchen. I'm sorry I even started this, you're hopeless. Look Tannin, you just passed Mercutio's post count again. Just concentrate on that, OK? Maybe that will make you happy.)

(Yes, Tea. 245 to 244. I'm happy now.)

See what I mean, JoJo? He's a lost cause.

For those who don't have access to the admin forum, "sock puppet", it's a bit of an inside joke. Tannin and Tea started having conversations, and the first thing I thought of as I read them was that there must've been a sock puppet involved.

Pepsi | Nose >> Keyboard!

Slightly more seriously, I also noticed that several people have more posts here than on the "new" SR, which is pretty remarkable.
